Vicky Phillips ('Online Live' version)
"Fab course, very knowledgeable tutor who related everything back to practice, which helped with thinking about application to my practice."
Leanne Yates ('Online Live' version)
"The tutor did a really good job delivering the course, he made the material easy to listen to, provided plenty of opportunity for group discussion, and took time with his feedback. The content was also very relevant to my job and it will help me have a new focus and perspective when working with anxiety. I enjoyed the course being presented via a Zoom meting, not just because of the need to social distance but it was also meant it could fit into my schedule more easily. The use of breakout rooms were also useful to help discuss group work."

A 3-day course.
Stress and worry ruin the lives of thousands of people, and yet there are effective techniques to counteract it.
An increasing number of people have reported feelings of 'stress', often stemming from a particular worry which then generalises to cover virtually the whole of the person's waking - and sleeping - hours. This effectively wrecks the quality of the person's life, and often of those around them. This course aims to provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy solutions to this, including where the stress is 'real'.
We continuously monitor the quality of our training by obtaining feedback on the two key scales of relevance and presentation from every course delegate. Below are the average ratings for the last ten runnings of this course.
Average Presentation rating: 96%
Average Relevance rating: 95%
