Notes: You provide the venue for the Targeted Training Day. Delegates set a lot of store by the venue so it is worth ensuring that your proposed venue is a suitable one. You may have suitable facilities of your own. Alternatively, the most cost effective options normally come from colleges or universities, although some hotels and sports facilities (e.g. football stadiums) have fine facilities and good deals. Remember to check not only on the rooms facilities but also on the quality and pricing of refreshments; again these can have a big influence on the morale of delegates.
