Mental health and mental illness: an overview.

A 1-day course (half-day version also available).

Mental health awareness is increasingly important for a whole range of people, and that is why we have prepared this course. You can attend this APT-Accredited course as an individual, or we can bring the training to your own organisation and train a group of 6-15 people. It is available in 1-day and half-day versions. It covers mental health as it applies to adults, adolescents, and children so is designed to be suitable 'across the board'.
